I Statistical analysis & variability
A memory product is composed of billions of transistors on one chip. Although people try to make every transistor the same, it is impossible because of random dopant fluctuation and the stochastic effect of EUV. We try to find a relationship between random effect and the yield of products, and find solutions of such issues.
